Introduction
Homeburg is Chef Taiki’s burger restaurant. At the beginning, Chef Taiki only made 5 burgers a day and customers are allowed to pay whatever they would like to pay based on their satisfaction. Homeburg restaurant went viral on the internet as there were many content creators who came and review Chef’s Taiki burger. There is a rumor that some customers paid one thousand baht for Chef’s Taiki burger and some paid ten thousand baht.
At first, Chef Taiki started by opening the small and simple kitchen lab which he could try and create the new menu. After he earned enough money, he decided to close his first restaurant and build a serious restaurant which could fulfill his dream. The interesting in burger of Chef Taiki come from when he went to U.S.A. for the work and travel program which gave him an opportunity to work in the American restaurant. During the day-off, he keep travel and explore the various types of American food which made he learned a lot about American food culture. Then, he realized that “Burger” is not just meat and bread, there is still a lot of room to put more new ideas and imagination into a “Burger”.
Chef Taiki’s Homeburg is not a typical burger shop that you know. Homeburg is the combination between the concept of “Chef Table” and “Burger shop”. At Homeburg, there is no menu, the course of food that you will have based on Chef Taiki’s decision. Of course, the main course will definitely be a burger, but the ingredients the way to cook may be change based on Chef’s Taiki imagination on that day. So, every time when you come to Homeburg, you will be always fascinating by the new version of his burger and other dishes.
Chef Taiki’s vision is not restricted to only a burger restaurant. He also dreams of doing the “Burger Tour” and “Burger Academy” in the future” He loves to make people learn more about burger culture.
